Mizaan Living encourages learning and practising in order to achieve a balanced lifestyle, and one of the ways to maintain our health and wellbeing is to be actively involved in outdoor recreational activities. 

Join us for a fun-filled half-day of Archery and Canoeing, taught by highly qualified and experienced instructors. 
These events will train you to use your thoughts, emotions and experiences to your advantage, in a friendly and enjoyable environment.

The event will close with lunch being provided by SeekersPoint Brisbane.

No payments will be accepted on the day.
Bring closed shoes that you don't mind getting wet.
Wear clothing suitable for outdoor activities, and bring swimwear if possible.
Bring sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sun screen, bottled water)
Ensure you arrive on time.
Lunch will be provided after the event.
